Starting with the first row across, take one letter from each word to spell out one name, working from left to right. Do the same twice more, using different letters. One letter in each four-letter word will be left unused. Now move on to the second row across and repeat, then go on to the third and fourth rows in a similar manner. When you have finished, the letters left unused in the first word of each row can be rearranged to form another word. What are the twelve names and what is the hidden word?
